BORGMAN TOOL & ENGINEERING currently uses Mastercam software for its
CAD-CAM projects. While IGES or STEP file formats are preferred many others formats can be brought in using various file converters. |

CNC machining is accomplished
through the use of 2 Hurco vertical machining centers. The larger is a BMC-30 with 30"X x 20"Y x 24"Z travel. The smaller is a BMC-20 with 22"X x 14"Y x 14"Z travel. |

Along with 2 2hp Bridgeport milling
machines, a 14" x 45" Chieftain Lathe, and an Acer 618 surface grinder, Borgman Tool & Engineering uses a Mitsubishi M25J Sinker EDM with a 35 amp power supply. |

BORGMAN TOOL & ENGINEERING also has the usual auxiliary tool room equipment, such as a
10" x 16" horizontal saw, and a Lincoln 350 amp Mig welder. This is all rounded out by the standard measuring equipment and hand tools. |
